SYN4SYS paintings originate as performances for the camera. Still frames from these performances are then translated into paint, with myself as the protagonist; in this process, I occupy three roles: performer, witness, and choreographer. Originally conceived as a ritual-based, immersive collection combining painting with XR platforms, all associated digital assets are archived, making only the analogue pieces visible to the viewer. Remnants of the digital assemblages appear as coordinates, with their facsimiles existing elsewhere. These paintings serve as blueprints of corporeal knowledge, synchronised with mythological and traditional symbols through points of rupture.
