Welcome to my curated online gallery, an extension of my art practice. Each piece circumvents, disrupts and challenges conventions that aim to silence voices, inviting collectors and buyers to engage with works that explore colonial legacies and systemic narratives.
Through an ongoing exploration of mythology, care, and satire, my work merges personal histories with collective memory; a symbiotic relation grounded in spirit, ancestral memory and textured layers of what it means to be human. By purchasing these artworks, you contribute to my practice that seeks to exist beyond the constraints of systemic limitations grounded in the reintegration of marginalised stories, celebrating resilience, freedom, and the expansive potential of identities. By breaking away from limited narratives, each piece transmutes erasure into higher frequencies as 'disruptive works of care'.

2014, Limited print by twenty, 25 x 25 cm
The Girl With a Pearl Earring is a reimagining of a classic portrait, featuring a young Black woman in profile. I came across this image on a far-right site where it was used negatively. Reclaiming it involved drawing the portrait over a postage stamp, emphasising coloniality rendered in several layers.
