Statement / CV

I am a mixed media and multi-media artist.
At the heart of my practice is an interest in human behaviour, relationships, how we communicate, social issues and our relationship with identities…

These subjects motivate me to transform findings, thoughts and dialogue to communicate and share. Dialogue and participation plays a very important part to my practice and my aim is to develop projects that link and create connections between participant, audience and artist. 

I work with young people so that they gain confidence with their inner creativity. I encourage communication through art by creating projects that promote and celebrate diversity, while establishing an environment where people can learn, grow and share information. During training I facilitates improvisations, workshop exercises, and discussion so that children think laterally, experiment and take risks within a creative context. At the end of each project children will have learnt technical skills within a creative context plus the value gained from working as a collective.
